The Bear walks alone,
but You do not have to

Our Men’s Circles create a nurturing environment where men, fathers, and father‑figures of all demographics can explore their emotions and connect with others in an honest and supportive setting. Each circle offers a guided discussion topic that encourages authenticity, reflection, and personal growth.

Participants sit together in a circle and practice answering in truth, listening to understand, holding space for one another, asking questions to gain clarity, and embracing multiple truths. These gatherings help men build emotional strength, deepen their sense of belonging, and show up for themselves and their communities with greater presence and compassion.

Men's Circle Community Agreements

Community agreements create the foundation for a safe and meaningful men’s circle. They help every man understand how to show up, how to listen, and how to support others with respect and intention. These agreements guide the flow of conversation, protect the emotional safety of the group, and ensure that each man has space to speak honestly and be heard. By committing to these shared expectations, we create a circle where authenticity, connection, and growth can take root.

If you choose to join this space, you are agreeing to honor:

  • Confidentiality — What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. This is the foundation of trust and emotional safety.

  • Listen to understand — Give your full attention. Listen with curiosity, not judgment. This sets the tone for how men relate to one another.

  • Speak your truth — Share from your own experience and emotions. Honesty creates connection and models authenticity.

  • Hold space for others — Allow each man to express himself without interruption or fixing. This keeps the circle grounded and respectful.

  • Honor multiple truths — Different experiences can all be valid. Agreement is not required for respect.

  • Ask for clarity — Seek understanding through gentle, curious questions. This deepens connection and prevents assumptions.

  • No performing — You do not need to impress or posture. Show up as you are.

  • Make room for others — Share when you feel called to, and step back so others can share too.

  • Stay present — Put phones away, slow down, and be here with the group.

  • Practice compassion — Offer patience and understanding to yourself and others. Everyone is learning.
