At The Gentle Strength Project, we know that connection does not only happen in deep conversations. Sometimes it happens when you are talking trash over Mario Kart, trying to prove you are the undisputed 007 champion, or discovering you have a little Picasso in you after all. However you show up, there is room for you here.
These gatherings give us a chance to relax, laugh, and reconnect on a real human level. They are low pressure, mostly self guided, and built for men to show up as their full selves. Playful, creative, competitive, curious, whatever the moment brings.
Join us for Game Nights, outdoor Live Action D&D campaigns, Paint Nights, Hikes, and more. Come as you are, have some fun, and connect with other men doing the same.

Pull up a chair, grab a stick, let's see what you got! During these event you have the opportunity to test your skills against other gamers in the area. The games chosen will always be community friendly, meaning, most people can pick up and play them. Be on the lookout for Retro Events because that's when the real gamers come out to play.
Dudes Game too Right?
Gamers aren't just those who pick up joysticks. Some gamers prefer card and board games, and we have space for that! Come during one of our Game Nights and connect with other guys on a casual level.

Dudes Paint too Right?
Take a load off and try something new. Our paint nights are lowkey, conversational, and open‑ended, giving everyone space to move at their own pace. Whether you’re brand‑new to painting or a world‑famous artist hiding out among the common folk, this space is for you.
Paint Nights are held at the Fort Vancouver Regional Libraries, and you’re always welcome to join us.
